In Super Mario Odyssey, Bowser wears a wedding outfit for the vast majority of the game. From the intro until the final boss battle, Bowser is seen five times in separate locations, always dressed in a tuxedo and wearing shoes. The top picture shows the soles of Bowser’s shoes; as you can see, these are shaped like Mario’s shoes.
However, several spots in the game that Mario visits feature Bowser’s footprints that could not have been left by Bowser’s shoes. The bottom picture shows these footprints in the Sand Kingdom, one of the locations where Bowser is seen wearing shoes when Mario arrives.
